Sure! My contact at a company is Joe, the Director of Partnerships. When an event is booked then he will hand it off to Jill, the events coordinator who then handles logos/collateral. Often they both need to be messaged to coordinate branding and other tactical questions. Rather than messaging Joe to remind Jill to upload collateral, Hey Summit can message both.
Assuming that at some point in future (or now?) booth chatrooms can be moderated by booth managers, it would be good to have more than one additional email address here to be honest. Maybe granular controls too down the road. Such that one is booth manager, the other a booth admin with different permissions (adding admins, moderating, updating content). WIth sponsors being a big driver for our events and driving much of the commercial success the more we can do to make their lives easier the better in my opinion.
Thanks Teresa. Appreciate the additional context there. This isn't something that will be able to roll out in the immediate term, I'm afraid, but I'll keep an eye on feedback and wider interest in the community in case it's something we can roll out in the future. Thanks again for sharing. Really appreciate it.
Hi Teresa, Thanks for the suggestion. Would you mind just helping me understand a bit more about the use case here? When you say you need to add an additional email for the sponsor booth, what is it you mean by that exactly? I'm not quite sure I follow what it is you're trying to achieve here, other than obviously adding the email, but for what purpose? I'm struggling to understand. Many thanks.
