Add Campaign Monitor as an ESP/CRM integration

Would be great not to have to setup a Zap to use Campaign Monitor as an ESP and keep the tickets and subscribers updated. https://www.campaignmonitor.com/api/

For anyone on an Agency plan. You will need to create a user with teh right permissions in your client account. I would suggest a new, specific user for HeySUmmit is best practice in any case rather than sharing logins.
