I think we are talking about two different windows. When the user clicks on “Book Now!”, they see the Redemption Instructions with the Redeem button. All good. If they click on “Read More”, they see the Offer Description with only a “Close” button under it. My thought is that it would make sense to have a “Book Now!” button under the Offer Description. Not having to first close the window will make it easier for users to grab the offer.
Ah yes, you're quite right. My apologies, I hadn't realised you were in the Read More section. We're just rolling out an update as we speak. In the next 5 minutes, there will now be a redeeming button on this Read More view.
Hi Henk, this should already be the case. However, that redeem offer button only appears if you provide a link for the offer. If all you do is provide redemption instructions and no link itself, then there is nothing we can do when someone clicks the "Redeem offer" button. Hence why we only show it if a link has been provided. If you have set up a link and it's still not showing, please reach out to our support team so that they can look into your account and the event in question. I’ll mark this as closed in the meantime.
