Allow "target" for open new page

I can add links to, for example, the terms page, privacy page and checkout, but I cannot add “target=_blank” to open in a new page. If I add it get stripped on saving. Please allow so that pages that need to open in a separate window can do so.

Thanks for clarifying this, Cynthia. We've shipped an update so links added to the Event Legal & GDPR terms, privacy statement, and checkout legal summary now open in a new tab. This means attendees can follow those links without losing their place during registration or checkout.

Hi Ben, -Legal & GDPR > Terms of Service > Full & Privacy Statement in same area. -Wherever I edited the text under terms and conditions at > /checkout/complete-order/ I though it was in localisation, but can’t find it now! Anyhow, point being we needed an additional link in there, which I have added but it opens in same tab thus killing the checkout flow! Thanks!

Hi Cynthia, Thanks for sending this in. Would you mind just clarifying exactly where in a platform you're referring to here? Is this in relation to footer links, header links, or something else? Many thanks.
