Custom SMTP
I’m shocked that there’s no custom SMTP. Is this intended to push the HeySummit brand…doesn’t make sense for a tool centered around white labelling.

You can turn off HeySummit branding by going to Setup > Update Event Settings And a custom email domain can be added by heading to the emails area, clicking the … drop down and clicking Manage Senders. there are further instructions on that page. Any issues though, please feel free to reach out to support at support@heysummit.com

I don’t see an option inside “Update Event Settings” to turn off HeySummit branding Found the custom email domain option!

Ah sorry! My bad. To turn off HeySummit branding you need to head to Setup > Branding
Hey Shay. You can’t use your own SMTP server but you absolutely can connect your own email sending domain if you don’t want to use the default HeySummit one. Youll just need to make sure you’ve setup your DNS/SPF/DKIM records correctly to ensure deliverability isn’t impacted.
