Event Series and Brand Domains

Let organizers create a durable brand or event-series home on a single custom domain, then publish multiple related event editions underneath it. Examples: - events.yourdomain.com/2026 - events.yourdomain.com/2027 - events.yourdomain.com/sales-summit - events.yourdomain.com/marketing-summit The parent domain could act as a hub with a short intro and a list of current, upcoming, and past editions. Each edition should be able to have its own registration, schedule, speakers, tickets, and status, while still sharing the broader event brand. This would support annual or quarterly editions, topical editions such as sales and marketing summits, and recurring programs planned in advance without needing a new custom domain for each event or waiting for a previous event to finish. Longer-term, this could also make shared or reusable content possible across editions, such as blog posts, speaker and sponsor profiles, branding, and a library of past sessions.

Thanks for suggesting this. We’ve now introduced Workspaces, giving you a shared home for multiple events with flexible domain and path options, plus an optional public landing page for upcoming and past events. Thanks to everyone who has added thoughts here. We have updated this request to combine a few related pieces of feedback: account-level brand domains, multiple event editions under the same custom domain, and recurring or annual event workflows. The direction we are thinking about is an event series or brand home where organizers could publish editions like /2026, /2027, /sales-summit, or /marketing-summit, with room for current, upcoming, and past events under one branded domain. If that matches what you had in mind, or if your use case needs something different, please keep adding examples here. The more specific scenarios we have, the better we can shape the right version of this.

@ben how going this idea?

Hey Chris, thanks for following up. This is still something we hope to do in a future update but it's not on our immediate roadmap. It's difficult for me to give you a proper ETA on this though it is something in the future we'd like to loop back to.

That’s a very important feature, as creating a new DNS record for each event we run is a headache. There should be a single global custom domain, and the system should automatically assign a new slug with the event’s name at the end of the URL.

This is a great idea! I’ve been wondering about the user experience of having multiple events run by one brand, on different domains, and different logins. This would solve that problem I am thinking? Nice idea!

This is another necessary feature

Shared speaker profiles across events might be cool Shared sponsor profiles and expo booth setup, even if only option to copy between event instances as an admin.

Hey, Christoph. Thanks so much for this suggestion. This has really got me thinking. This is a neat solution to a problem that a couple of customers have brought to us in the past, and we hadn't quite thought about it in the right way. I'm going to make a note of this, give it some thought, and see what we can do to action this.
