Improve the Workspaces Public Page

I have one request and a couple of extra ideas to make this even more awesome. Main Request: Currently the "Presented by" maps to the workspace name. Which means if one brand is presenting multiple events, all the workspaces need the same name to show up correctly on a public page. Would it be possible to add an override or an option on the "Public Page Settings" to choose the "Presented by" or business name. Then our workspaces can be named as we please on the backend. ----- A few other other ideas that would be nice to haves, ordered in priority: #1 I don't understand where mailing list signups go. I think they go into a kind of general list? But we can't access them right? Putting people into an account wide master list, grouped by workspace, would be dream scenario. It'd be great if these pages were actually building our lists and we could email them how we want. #2 Any chance of adding a CSS box or some way we can style our pages a little more? I'd love to at least get brand fonts in and maybe play with colours. Doesn't need to be a lot. #3 Ok now I'm just dreaming big. But being able to add in some link page style buttons or formatting would be awesome. Think Linktree options to customise the page. Would open up a world of options for really treating these pages like the central place to send people between events.

Hi Steve, Thanks for this. Some interesting ideas, and we'll see if we can get this worked on over the coming weeks. Just a question about item number 3: are you essentially just looking for ways to add links to external sources somewhere on that page? Are you essentially looking for a way to to be able to add as many links as you want (where you simply provide a name and a link?) or are you looking for additional controls here?

Thanks for considering these! I came here to just mention the first request and then kept thinking of things 😆 #3 is my least thought out idea. If the others were built and #3 wasn’t I’d still be so stoked! But what I started with thinking was now that I’ve got my main domain kind of permanently connected, it’d be great to be able to customise that page throughout the year. Which is when I thought of Linktree where you can sort of add buttons / links based on what’s relevant at the time. What would I add there now? A more prominent link to our main website, another link to our speaker application page (external site) another link maybe to our support site just so it’s somewhere. So probably having the option to link externally as well as internally would be cool. I’m sort of thinking a bit out loud here so understand if you want to leave that idea for now. Not sure if it fits with the vision you had for this but I do love that I can now just leave the domain connected, that’s such a game changer already! Thanks so much 🙌
