Set duplicated tickets to Inactive on creation

Thanks for suggesting this, Henk. We've now completed the work to make copied tickets start inactive, giving you a chance to review and edit them before making them available. The change will be deployed later today.

Hey Henk. Thanks for the suggestion but I’d expect most would want a duplicated ticket to start out active initially, as they could always deactivate it immediately afterwards if needed. I’ll leave this open though, incase we see demand from a wider range of users :)
