Shareable Live Certificate Links with Controlled Access

Enable attendance certificates to be generated with a unique, shareable live URL hosted on HeySummit, with each certificate assigned a unique certificate ID for verification and reference. The live certificate page would allow public viewing without login, displaying the certificate along with event name, date, organizer, and verification status. Organizers would retain full control over download permissions, with the option to allow downloads only for the certificate owner when logged in, while all other visitors have view-only access via the live link. This feature would allow attendees to share a professional, verifiable credential (e.g., on LinkedIn) while driving traffic back to the HeySummit platform and event pages. For organizers, it improves certificate authenticity, reduces unauthorized redistribution, and adds measurable referral value. For HeySummit, it increases inbound traffic, strengthens certificate credibility, and enhances the platform’s appeal for professional and educational events.

Thanks Roberto - this sounds like a nice update idea. We’re unable to squeeze this in this year but hopefully i Q1 next year would be nice. We’ll leave it open here to see if there’s wider interest from the community.

That will be amazing specially when many countries have the business model of free classes and you pay if you want the certificate, but then the certificate I would not want to have it just a pdf but something that brings people back to the site and have a call to action for people to register for that class or other classes

So, I just realized that certificates are not included on my lifetime license, and do not understand how can I have a course without a certificate, is this something that changed lately or was it always like that?
