Hey Tim, yeah that's a fair point. I'll make a note to set them to completed if they have been actioned already and they were just duplicates. Though do note that if someone requests something that we can't or won't be doing then obviously we will continue to set that to rejected for that purpose. In most cases though the comments in there should help add the context as to why it was marked as rejected. Though I take your point - we'll aim to split the statuses more appropriately in the future.
Understood and thanks! A rejected status is warranted and I do appreciate the explanations that are given when it’s used. The explanations help minimize redundant requests. Thanks for that as well.
I believe “Completed” would be more appropriate if you don’t want to expand your status list.
